SEVICE DESCRIPTION : * Providing Support Services against sexual harassment at workplace has been the core area of expertise. * Providing assistance in POSH inquiry process. * Providing assistance in organizing and attending IC meetings, once every quarter and educating IC members during meetings. * Record the minutes of every meeting for preparation of inquiry report. * Providing support and assistance in inquiry report preparation and submission annually. * Assist the employer in conducting awareness training for all employees. * Conduct Orientation program for members of IC. * Ensure Total compliance of sexual harassment of women at workplace ACT. * Complete Support to Organizations in my capacity as an external member, trainer and advisor on the internal committee across different sectors *Availability- In Person, Over Zoom and other platforms, on call as well. I am a passionate people's person, who likes to connect and engage with people of varied demographic profiles and work with them as a team.

My inquiry fee is Rs. 3000 per hour with maximum of 3 hours per visit. Total Inquiry fee per Complaint is Rs. 30,000. Any Travel and expenses will be charged extra.
