ICC Meetings & POSH Enquiries Attend all meetings of the ICC Systematic documentation of investigation and findings Facilitation of independent and unbiased enquiry into the complaints Assist ICC in preparing and submitting report(s) of its findings Recommendations to management against respondents Minuting of ICC meetings, inquiries, discussions Ensuring strict confidentiality of information and proceedings of the ICC Handling incongruous acts and false or incorrect complaints. Sensitisation Programs Workshops and presentations to foster a safe and secure workplace Group activities for sensitisation of students, teachers Sensitisation campaigns on sexual harassment and its adverse effects Statutory sensitization programs for all employees Workshops on POSH compliance, investigation & resolution for ICC members.
