I am a dual licensed advocate (India and USA) with an experience of over 9 years. I specializing in cases pertaining to sexual harassment and gender discrimination. I serve as an External Member for several MNCs in India.
I have advised corporates on their obligation in maintaining safe and congenial workplace that, inter-alia, includes drafting/revising/vetting of code of conduct policies/manual/handbook for their employees and conducting workshops to apprise them with the practical aspects of the POSH Act. I also have a long-standing litigation experience in representing clients defend themselves against a POSH complaint as well as representing victims navigate their way through a POSH complaint. We have represented clients in POSH cases right from the complaint stage right up until the appellate stage before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, including challenging/defending reports from the ICC before the Appellate Authority.
Assistance in POSH inquiry process, Attending IC Meetings as per schedule, availability in person, over Zoom, skype or on call, Assistance in Inquiry report preparation, Annual Report filing, educating IC members during IC meetings etc.
Fee will be based on the mandate and the volume of work.
