Drafted and reviewed POSH policies for multiple organizations, ensuring legal compliance and practical implementation. Advised corporate clients on handling workplace complaints, internal inquiries, and compliance with employment laws. Actively engaged in awareness initiatives on gender sensitivity and employee rights in the workplace. Available to assist in conducting trainings, awareness sessions, and Internal Committee meetings as required.
Participation in Internal Committee (IC) meetings once every quarter (4 meetings per year) Assistance in the POSH inquiry process, including guidance on procedure, timelines, and documentation Support in the preparation and review of inquiry reports in compliance with the POSH Act Guidance in the preparation and filing of the Annual Report as required under the POSH Rules Educating and sensitizing IC members on their roles, responsibilities, and legal obligations during meetings Availability for meetings and consultations in person, via video conferencing (Zoom, Skype), or telephonically Advisory support on compliance, documentation practices, and policy implementation Promoting awareness and understanding of POSH policies within the organization during IC interactions
