Independence and Impartiality: Provide an unbiased and external perspective to the committee's proceedings and decision-making processes. Handling Complaints: Participate in receiving and addressing complaints of sexual harassment in the workplace. Assist in the investigation process, maintaining confidentiality and fairness. Investigation and Decision-making: Help the committee conduct thorough investigations into complaints, gathering evidence, and interviewing witnesses. Provide expertise in analyzing cases, ensuring decisions are legally sound and in line with the law. Awareness and Training: Support the organization in conducting training and awareness programs about workplace sexual harassment and the complaint process. Drafting Reports: Assist in drafting and reviewing detailed reports and recommendations after investigating complaints. Ensure the resolution aligns with the organization's policies and legal standards. Advisory Role: Advise on creating and maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment. Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensure all proceedings, discussions, and documentation remain confidential to protect the privacy and dignity of the involved parties.
