Proficient in conducting workshops to up-skill the legal aspects of the Internal Committees constituted under the The Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace ( Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act.Proficiently investigated cases of abuse under the act while discharging the role of external member. The determination of creating awareness about abuses at work place induced to conduct talks at various colleges and All India Radio. Provide guidance to HR personnel on compliances of labour legislation. Specialisation in dealing with labour legislation & drafting , reviewing commercial contracts. The thought of sharing the experience & knowledge with the budding generation enabled to take visiting lectures in Law & management colleges in past. Worked as a principal for 2 years in a law college between 2016- 2018.

Conducting Quarterly Meetings (4 in a year) Guidance for all compliances under the Act. Assistance in annual reporting, report writing. Reviewing PoSH policy. Incase of request of availability in person for any services discharged, travel expenses will be charged as actuals.

Guidance, assistance in the process of conducting an inquiry, maintaining records and writing recommendations of the inquiry adhering to the rules prescribed under the Act. Ensuring the disposal of the complaint within the timeframe laid in the Act Travel Expenses for enquiry will be charged as actuals.
