Assistance in POSH inquiry process, Attending IC Meetings once every Quarter(total 4 meeting in a Year), availability in person, over Zoom, skype or on call, Assistance in Inquiry report preparation, Annual Report filing, educating IC members during IC meetings, Counselling Victims ( and accused in case of minoror unintentional misconduct) .

Inquiry Fee : ₹ 2000 Per Hour
Inquiry Service details or comments :

Inquiry fees is ₹8000 for first 2 hours, then Rs 2000/- per hour. Total inquiry fees per complaint is capped at maximum of ₹25000. Any Travel and Expenses will be charged at actuals.
