I am a Dale Carnegie trained Trainer and Oscar Murphy Life Strategies certified Psychometric Interpreter, Certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) trainer for women at workplace and Certified Anti Money Laundering Investigator (CAMI). For POSH Trainings,I am also a resource person with Ministry of Woman & Child Development (MWCD). I bring 9 years plus of rich experience in the banking and financial services industry to my passion for training and assessments. Besides an MA in English Literature from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. I also hold an MBA in Marketing and HR Management from Rajasthan Technical University in Jaipur. I am a techno savvy with my Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) Program. I am excited about the opportunities to work in the field of women empowerment with my knowledge on POSH Act 2013. Having training as my passion, I aspire to create awareness in women so that they can grow in careers without having fears of being exploited in the worklife. With this intent, I would love to have assignments based on POSH Act 2013 awareness sessions for Employees, Internal Committees. Being a resource person with Ministry of Woman & Child Development (MWCD) I look forward to get empaneled as the External Member in IC Committees of various organizations.

We extend all possible handholding required to establish the mechanism of POSH in your organization.  We will provide all the guidance whenever a required.  Guidance in preparing documentation & report.

If a case occurs and additional meetings required as the proceedings of the case, 1meeting will be complementary. And after that, will be charged.
