Participate in formal PoSH inquiries as an External Member across multiple organizations Guide Internal Committees through the full inquiry process — from complaint intake to final report submission 1) Ensure adherence to principles of natural justice, confidentiality, and non-retaliation 2) Review evidence, conduct interviews, and provide legal and behavioral insights during proceedings 3) Draft detailed reports and assist ICs in arriving at fair, balanced, and legally sound conclusions 4) Advise on interim relief and post-inquiry actions to safeguard complainants and ensure organizational compliance
