Shachi Maheshwari in the last 18 years of her professional career, has excelled as a motivational trainer, keynote speaker and performance and transformational coach. Having discovered coaching as a passion, Shachi started as a life coach to individuals helping them in areas of health, happiness & Productivity. Her nuanced approach and effectiveness of her programs were soon recognized and she had begun imparting training to CXOs, Young Professionals and entrepreneurs across verticals. Having scaled the heights in her own corporate career in senior leadership roles, she has an acute understanding of the challenges faced by senior management, in general and sector specific as well. With years of coaching and hundreds of beneficiaries, she has developed programs for executives and managers at various levels of the corporate hierarchy as a form of performance and efficiency trainings. The key motivation behind this is her understanding the challenges of the modern day workplace, the challenges faced by employees on efficiency and the lifestyles thereof. She is a firm believer in improvement of health, mind and work ethic that lead not only to greater workplace efficiency but also overall fulfilment. To put it in slightly more specific terms, she enables individuals and teams to align personal goals with those of their organization in a search for excellence. A voracious reader herself, Shachi’s articles have been published in various media and forums. She is also the author of four books, three of them on self help, where she shares her years of knowledge and life lessons.
