I am actively involved in workplace wellness, Employee Engagement, Conducting awareness on POSH ACT 2013, IC Committee training, Compliance and also Conducted POSH ACT awareness sessions for leading IT Companies, Educational Institutions , Technology companies and for other Industries also. As a founder of NGO Fully involved in developing workshops and empowerment projects for women and youth. Employee Engagement seminars on Gender Sensitization , Compliance Requirements, Investigation procedures for IC Committee Members , External Member and Consultant for implementing POSH ACT. Rotarian and Past President and involved in many social impact projects Business head with experience in managing , recruiting and talent management of large workforce and teams International experience and expertise in corporate training - Communication training, wellness training, behavioural training and all Compliance training programs. Qualified in Human Rights Law from NLSIU Bangalore with MBA from( SRM IST Kattankulathur )Madras University & Senior Management program from LBS.

Conducting POSH Awareness sessions every quarter ( Online training , Offline training Training for IC Committee members 4 External Member for IC committee Enquiry and other meetings if and when required Consultations on the Act , Complaint handling, Consulting in Filing of Annual Report and Compliance Two Sittings Assistance in Enquiry report preparation

For enquiry which will require many visits and more hours per visit the charges will be discussed. For any outstation travel and incidental expenses arising out of the investigation or meetings will be chargeable and agreed with the client.
