•Membership as an external member to the Internal Committee (IC) •Review of company POSH policy •Preparation of an annual report to be submitted to the District Commissioner or District Officer as applicable •Updates on legal filings and amendments to the POSH Act •Participating in the hearing and decision making of complaints addressed to the Internal Committee (IC) in case of an incident of sexual harassment •Attending quartely IC meetings - 4 meetings per year
