An MBA in HR from Delhi University she has more than 18 years’ experience in HR strategies, leadership development, change management & human resource practices. She is a PoSH certified trainer and has been instrumental in implementing PoSH across industries. She is an external panel member of ICC for various companies. She has conducted more than 1800 workshops on Gender sensitization and PoSH awareness and had counselled several clients facing mental wellness and gender bias issues. She is an alumnus of Goldman Sachs – IIM Bangalore NRSCEL program where her module on PoSH Awareness and DEI Intervention was highly appreciated. She has conducted more than 1800 training on PoSH awareness and has handled 251 cases of Anti-Sexual Harassment She is currently associated with various NGOs such as Udayan care , Sanji Sikhiya and United Way of Baroda.
