• External Member of IC • Review the POSH Policy • Hand holding support in the functioning of the IC • Conduct awareness events and workshops from time to time (these will be charged separately) • Provide counselling and conciliation on POSH related issues and cases as and when required • Assist the IC in conducting Inquiry/Investigation • Assist with IC proceedings • Make sure that the proceedings are happening according to the principles of natural justice
