She represents clients, companies and large to midsize businesses. She earned her L.L.B. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India and her M.B.A. from Newport University, California, USA. Her extensive experience encompasses a wide gamut of practice areas spanning litigation, advisory practice, dispute resolution, assisting the organizations in setting up legal and POSH framework, legal and regulatory compliance, documentation of policies and contracts, as well as Trainings, and is widely considered a core strategist, executing parallel litigation strategies. Advocate Indu has and continues to represent clients in matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts as well as District and Session Courts in Punjab and Haryana, Shimla, Delhi NCR and Jaipur, various arbitral tribunals as well as mediation and conciliation forums. Her work also focuses on Violence against women and children, she is External Member of the Internal Complaints Committees (POSH) for clients and has also been extensively involved with POCSO and Juvenile Justice issues.
