Service Description :

• Help the organization to be POSH Compliant. • Train IC members on their skill development • Supervise the inquiry proceedings of the sexual harassment complaints • Conduct and supervise 4 meetings in a year with IC members to review the POSH Project • Assist the IC members to prepare the Annual Report • Assist IC members to document the minutes of each meeting
