With a legal background of 28+ years, I expertise in drafting and vetting of all sorts of legal deeds and documents including labour-management agreements, HR policies and implementation, drafting of warning letters, showcause notices, chargesheets, Corporate investigations, disciplinary actions, departmental enquiries, etc. I render consultancy services on retainership basis and provide consultation on all sorts of industrial relations & legal issues representing different Courts and Tribunals at the District and State levels. Also specializes in conducting awareness sessions on POSH at workplaces and Higher Educational Institutions.

External Member fees annually and Enquiry fees are negotiable subject to the prevailing market rates. In case of outstation visit all expenses with respect to travelling, accomodation, food etc. shall be borne by the employer.
