I am a fourth-generation lawyer with a natural aptitude to resolve disputes for clients through mediation and conciliation. A trained Mediator, accredited by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society, Delhi Government (DDRS).
In terms of POSH law practice, I have primarily advised and assisted the start-ups to implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act and to additionally conduct regular training sessions on POSH Act regulations and guidelines for all employees. In my professional experience of working as an external member on the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), I have understood the importance of ensuring a fair and impartial process for addressing complaints related to sexual harassment and discrimination within the organization. Further, at the time of handling matters pertaining to sexual harassment at workplace, I have strived to conduct Impartial and objective assessment by gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and assessing the credibility of the information provided by them and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the details of complaints and investigations. Simultaneously, I have a diverse litigation experience and expertise in the field of Matrimonial Disputes and Settlements, Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace (POSH), Medical Negligence and Consumer Protection matters, and have represented my clients across various jurisdictions.
