I am a POSH Act Expert & Activist affiliated to The Concept of Living Charitable Trust, a registered & recognized NGO as per the law of the Government of India.
Intensely passionate about self and people development, I bring to the table 3 decades of dedicated work experience. A perennial learner, I have had the privilege of working in the Education and Media industry before being drawn into the world of training 21 years ago. Blessed with the gift of the gab, an innate ability to connect with fellow human beings and a sincere desire to make a difference in their lives, I went ahead to become a Life Skills Coach and Master Facilitator and have trained more than 1,50,000 professionals ranging from middle to top level management. My mission is to connect and collaborate with organizations & individuals to help them achieve their desired goals through innovative, experiential and result-oriented training and coaching programs. I have received certification for successfully completing The Train The Trainer Program on Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act 2013 by the Academy Division of TUV SUD South Asia Private Limited as well as The Concept of Living Charitable Trust In view of the vast exposure acquired from various industries by me during my tenure as a Life Coach, Counselor and Life Skills Facilitator with three decades of professional experience, I am adept in dealing with Women’s Grievances at Workplace and conducting awareness programs for POSH for adherence to SHWW Act.
1. To assist the Company and its Management in preparing Anti Sexual Harassment Policy and constituting Internal Committee/s at Workplace in accordance with the legal provisions laid down under the SHWW Act, 2013. 2. Conducting Quarterly Meetings either on VC or at the Workplace or on Con-call with IC Members and assisting in preparing Minutes of such meetings and submitting the same to the Management for record purpose. 3. Assisting in preparing Annual Report of the functioning of the Committee for further submission of the same to the Office of the District Officer of the respective Regions (if any).
Attending to the Investigation Process in case of any complaint received from the Aggrieved Women and guiding the Committee Members in conducting the investigation in an appropriate manner and assisting in recording its minutes and preparing Investigation Report.
