With a strong foundation in corporate law, I provide organizations with practical legal guidance on POSH compliance, ensuring they meet statutory obligations. I assist in training employees, setting up internal committees, and fostering a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, supporting a healthier, more inclusive workplace environment.
As an External Member for POSH compliance, I assist in setting up grievance redressal mechanisms, forming the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), and ensuring fair inquiry processes. I conduct training for employees and ICC members, draft and review POSH policies, and perform regular audits for compliance. I provide ongoing legal consultation, generate compliance reports, and support the organization in any legal proceedings related to sexual harassment issues.
As an external member, I offer impartial support during the inquiry process by investigating complaints of sexual harassment. My services include conducting confidential inquiries, ensuring compliance with the POSH Act, and providing a fair, unbiased assessment. I assist the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in gathering facts, interviewing witnesses, and preparing detailed reports. Throughout the inquiry, I maintain confidentiality and ensure that all procedures are followed according to legal requirements. I also provide recommendations for corrective action based on the findings and support the organization in implementing necessary steps.
