I have hands on experience in advising and providing compliance services under the POSH laws, I have been serving as an external member of Internal Committees with many notable organizations.
I am actively involved in providing legal advice to international as well as domestic clients on matters related to legal and compliance matters under PoSH laws, guiding employers to ensure effective implementation and compliance of PoSH laws and enabling the organizations to achieve the ultimate goal of a healthy working environment. I am passionate about the social cause specifically relating to women. I am a persuasive individual possessing strong negotiating skills and excellent oral & written communication.
Some of the tasks undertaken regarding POSH matters are as follows: • Providing legal advice on matters related to Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act • Formulating sexual harassment policy • Serving as an external member, Internal Committee • Assisting clients in carrying out various compliances under POSH laws • Preparing Annual report required under the POSH laws • Preparing informatory/training material, designing material such as POSH notices to be displayed in conspicuous places of workplace, etc. • Conducting detailed training/awareness programs and role plays at all levels. • Conducting inquiry and investigation on complaints received and preparing report.
The fee for conducting inquiry will depends on a case to case basis depending on the facts and circumstances of the case.
