EXTERNAL MEMBER PROFILE OF DEEPALI INGLE Deepali Ingle holds a Master in Laws with Criminal Laws (Mumbai University in year 2000) and a Master in Laws with Business Laws (Bharti Vidyapeeth with first class in year 2008). She is an ICF certified life coach and have completed CPD, SHRM & HRCI Certified Train the Trainer programs in -PoSH, Gender Sensitization, Diversity & Inclusion. In her 20 years of work experience with corporate laws and Law colleges and working for women empowerment she felt a need to sensitize people about gender sensitization and creating safe and productive workplaces. During her journey as a Life Coach, she came across clients with great potential but not interested in working and losing interest in life. With more exploring she found out that in some cases workspace harassment was the issue. This was the turning step towards her interest in the area of PoSH. Since then, she has taken up her PoSH-related work and has not looked back. Her unique combination of qualifications, skills and practical experience makes her well equipped to handle sensitive workplace harassment cases. She has provided training to employees and Internal Committee (IC) members on PoSH compliance. Deepali is passionate about women empowerment and strongly believes in making organizations successful by enabling women employees to their full potential. Being a believer in early education, she has conducted awareness programs in schools and colleges on gender sensitivity Diversity & Inclusion. She continuously keeps updating her knowledge by keeping track of recent amendments and studying cases. Using her Legal knowledge and Life Coaching skills she is on a mission to create safe and productive workplaces.
