With a background in Psychology and after 15 years of working with MNCs,I started working in the area of PoSH exclusively 10 years ago. As a result I have investigated over 110 cases of sexual harassment, written and reviewed SH policy, conducted SH training for employees & IC members .
Being fair is an important value. Hence I am strongly motivated in conducting investigation in a fair and unbiased manner. In addition I have a background in development and sustainability . Coupled with my professional as well as PoSH experience I am able to balance business needs and gender issues while complying with the law. Sexual harassment can be very nuanced and hence it is important to recognize it and address it. With over 20 years of experience, working with diverse people has been of great value to me as an external member.

When a case of SH is reported to your organizations IC and needs to be taken up for investigation, I charge a flat fee of Rs. 5000 per meeting (this can be conducted online since employees are WFH). However, this is capped at Rs.50,000 maximum Fees mentioned are only indicative. After a conversation with the organisation I am better positioned to offer a proposal that has more value as it depends on number of employees, number of locations, how many cases reported annually etc. Having worked with start ups I understand the need for a more flexible service offering. I offer the entire suite of services in PoSH. In addition I offer similar services to my clients that have offices in Manilla and Costa Rica.
