Hosted SamaBhav, an International Film Festival on the theme of Gender Equity in collaboration with MAVA, Mumbai and was very well received by the audiences and had the support of the U.S. Consulate, UN Women, UNICEF and Gender Lab – Corporation of Chennai. Interactive panel events, Theatre intervention along with screening of impactful films inspired the public to be vocal, share personal traumatic experiences and built collective voices of courage. 2. Sensitized more than 3500 people on Gender and prevention of sexual and workplace harassment. Presented best practices on prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace for a UK forum. 3. Impacted more than 17,000 professionals across 6 cities in India (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi). 4. Successfully completed 30+ DEI projects, events and campaigns in the last 3yrs. 5. Conceptualized and designed content to bridge cross cultural gaps and foster cultural inclusion covering 3000 employees across 8 countries – India, USA, Romania, Czech Republic, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico and Moldova 6. Service Description :

1. Provide the Organization with information, process, updates and support where needed to ensure compliance. 2. Be a part of the inquiry process and support with handling any PoSH complaints. 3. Support with providing Annual Returns filing template, process for filing and review. 4. Participate in regular meetings with IC Team and support with information on running initiatives and campaigns to create a safe and inclusive workplace. 5. Provide any updates on the news or amendments on the PoSH Act. 6. Conduct PoSH Audit once a year to ensure compliance 7. Conduct Interactive Q&A session with employees - once a year for a duration of 1.5hrs.
