As a certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) trainer and external member of Internal Committees (IC) with over 14 years of HR expertise, also working as Presiding Officer- IC. my mission is to support organizations in fostering safe, inclusive, and legally compliant workplaces. Current serving as EM

1. External Member fee: 2000/- per month 2. Per visit charges between 2500/ - to 5000/- Plus travel. 3. Four quarterly meetings are mandatory so it may lie between 2500/ - to 5000/- in an year. 4. For annual report submission you may charge between 5000 - 8000 depending on organisations capacity/ interest

- Per visit charges between INR. 2500/ - to 5000/- Plus travel. - Employee POSH Awareness Training: INR. 15000/- to 25000/- per Training depending upon the In-Person/ Virtual mode of Training and Audience Group. - IC committee sensitisation training INR. 10000/- per Training session.
