Nandini comes with an eclectic mix of experience of more than 25 years as an academician, researcher, CSR consultant, L&D specialist, facilitator and coach. She has a PhD in Business Management from Mysore University, MBA in HRM, and a Masters in Bio technology from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai University. After a stint as the Director of the MBA department in GSSIMS in Mysore, Nandini has transitioned into a Learning and Development Consultant. She loves new challenges and learning and her journey talks of diverse experiences. She is a strong advocate of developing T shaped skills. She is an ICF – Credentialled Life Coach, trained in the nuances of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer and Cherie Blair Foundation Mentor. She is also a certified Design Thinker and loves exploring and applying Design Thinking skills with students. Currently, she engages with corporates as a PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) consultant , behavioural and soft skills trainer. As a certified Heartfulness Meditation trainer and practitioner, she enjoys engaging people across all ages in the nuances of meditation, wellness and self-management. She is a training partner with several corporate clients from diverse sectors giving her an opportunity to widen her horizons and connect the dots. The client list ranges across defense construction, IT, Finance, Export oriented Units, SMEs, and Academics. She has done several training programs for promoting Heartfulness Meditations in corporates, colleges and schools as well. Some of the clients she has trained in soft skills, leadership, and wellness areas include BEML, Times of India group, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, Biocon, Capgemini, AT&S, Rishi FIBC (100% export oriented unit), L&T, Infosys, Reliance Jio, Wuerth Electronics, Sanria Technologies, WealthX, and several colleges among others.
1. Assistance in POSH inquiry process, 2. Attending IC Meetings once every Quarter(total 4 meeting in a Year), availability in person, over Zoom, skype or on call, 3. Assistance in Inquiry report preparation, 4. Annual Report filing, 5. Educating IC members during IC meetings
Though my inquiry fees is ₹3000/Hour with a minimum of 3 hours per visit, the total inquiry fees per complaint is capped at a maximum of ₹30,000. Any Travel and Expenses will be charged at actuals.
