I am a dedicated advocate for social change, actively contributing as a member of the SEVA Foundation, where my commitment to promoting a positive work environment aligns with the foundation's mission. As the Regional Coordinator for SEVA, I am deeply involved in initiatives for Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH). My engagement in fostering gender diversity is further demonstrated through my participation in numerous panel discussions on the intricacies of Gender Diversity and Mitigating Sexual Harassment. Additionally, I had the privilege of being the keynote speaker at the various Organizations , where I shared insights on creating a secure and inclusive professional environment. These experiences showcase my dedication to advancing crucial conversations and initiatives for a safer and more equitable workplace.
Assistance in POSH inquiry process, Attending IC Meetings once every Quarter(total 4 meeting in a Year), availability in person, over Zoom, skype or on call, Assistance in Inquiry report preparation, Annual Report filing,educating IC members during IC meetings etc.
Any Travel and Expenses will be charged at actuals.
