1. Provide hand holding support in the functioning of the IC 2. Assist the IC in conducting the Inquiry if/when there is a complaint. 3. Record the minutes of the regular meetings. 4. Prepare the content on the functioning of the IC in the Annual Report of the organization. 5. Assist the Employer in conducting awareness training for all the employees. 6. Conduct Orientation program for the members of the IC. 7. Give appropriate advice as and when called for to the members of the IC and to any employee who has approached. 8. Ensure total compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

1.Submission of complaint (in written form)-Within 3 months of occurrence of last incident. 2.Notice to the respondent-Within 7 days of receipt of such complaint 3. Respondent to respond to the complaint in writing-Within 10 days from the receipt of information regarding complaint from the Internal Committee 4.Completion of inquiry-Within 90 days from receipt of complaint 5.Submission of report to district officer/employer as the case may be-Within 10 days from completion of inquiry 6.Implementation of recommendations-Within 60 days from receipt of the report 7Appeal-Within 90 days from the date of recommendations
