Support in Handling Cases Case Investigation: Assist in the fair investigation of complaints, including interviewing the complainant, accused/ offender, and witnesses. D. Provide Recommendations: Offer independent recommendations based on the evidence presented and ensure that resolutions are just and unbiased. E. Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the privacy of all parties involved and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. 4. Training and Awareness Conducting Workshops: Assist in designing and conducting training programs and workshops on gender sensitization and prevention of sexual harassment. 5. Promoting Awareness: Help raise awareness about the rights and responsibilities of employees and the organization in preventing sexual harassment. 6. Ensuring Fair Practices A. Monitoring Procedures: Oversee the complaint-handling process to ensure it is fair, consistent, and respectful of the rights of all parties. B. Provide Constructive Feedback: Suggest improvements to existing policies and procedures to strengthen the organization’s approach to preventing and addressing harassment. 7. Documentation and Reporting A. Review Reports: Help prepare and review reports on the cases handled, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with regulations. B.
