I am a Practising Company Secretary and a law background with an experience of around 11 years. Although a fresher in role of an EM(external member), have a good background in knowledge of the POSH act compliance and its application.

Assistance in POSH inquiry process, Attending IC Meetings once every Quarter(total 4 meeting in a Year) availability in person, over google meet, Zoom, skype or on call, Annual Report filing, educating IC members during IC meetings Periodic sensitization/training of the employees related to various aspects of the POSH Act Conduct Orientation programme for the members of the ICC and assist the Employer in conducting awareness training for all the employees. Gender neutral and do not have any gender biases. Assistance in Inquiry report preparation, Be actively involved with all the ICC proceedings and ensure that the proceedings are happening according to the principles of natural justice. Facilitate restoration of the workplace harmony in case of sexual harassment incidents Ensure total compliance of the Organization with the POSH act
My inquiry fees is INR 2000/Hour with a minimum of 3 hours per visit, and the maximum total inquiry fees per complaint would be INR 40,000. Any Travel (local, out of city or state) and expenses related to the same or additional expenses if any would be charged at actuals.
