I am an advocate. I am member of Internal Committee/s under the POSH Act for various organizations and frequently advise them on POSH related matters and compliances. I also conduct POSH Act sessions and assist organizations with disciplinary and misconduct matters and processes.
1) I lead an all women legal team pan India and strongly believe in safety and empowerment of women more so at an organizational level to enable women to join the workforce. 2) I am a member of UN Women - Generation Equality Forum and #HeForShe commitment movement which actively are involved in eradicating gender based differences at multiple levels. 3) I have conducted many sessions regarding women safety measures and POSH Act for different work groups like employees, contract workers like security guards, house-keeping functions etc., internal committees, management and leadership teams. 4) I also work on matters involving labour and employment, codes of conducts and disciplinary and misconduct related matters. Apart from this I also am involved in company policy formulation and implementation for organizations at various levels from housekeeping/drivers/ security to management and leadership. 5) I also counsel victims of gender based crimes in my spare time (especially cadres dealing with domestic help, housekeeping etc.) to not just ensure their interests are taken care of legally but also on a personal and emotional front.
1) Providing services as EM PAN India (fee depending on number of locations); 2) Attending Quarterly meetings; 3) Conducting 1 POSH session every six months/ annual depending on size and preference of organization; 4) Participating and assisting as IC member in any complaint/ inquiry; 5) Guiding in filing annual report
Though my inquiry fees is ₹5000 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per visit. Any Travel and Expenses will be charged at actuals.
