I am presently working as an in-house lawyer. I have drafted company's internal policy against sexual harassment and am responsible to make sure that the policy has been strictly adhered to by the employees.

I am an advocate. I am member of Internal Committee/s under the POSH Act for various organizations and frequently advise them on POSH related matters and compliances. I also conduct POSH Act sessions and assist organizations with disciplinary and misconduct matters and processes.

I have a diverse work experience of approximately 30 years. Presently I am working as External Member of ICC (POSH Act) at IMT CDL, Ghaziabad. I wish to contribute towards the cause of Social justice as enshrined in our Constitution and to promote constructive feminism in the society.
