I am the Managing Partner of femme LIBERA, an NGO which works extensively on women rights and empowerment particularly in the area of workplace harassment and conduct workshops for the same. I advise my corporate clients on compliance of sexual harassment laws.

i work across industry and academia on policy , prevention and redressal of sexual harassment and child sexual abuse . have handled multiple cases of conciliation , enquiry and compliance as a member of the Gurugram District Local Committee .

EXPERIENCE AS A HUMAN RIGHTS LAWYER : - Worked at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Consumer Redressal Commission, District Consumer Redressal Forum, and the lower courts in Delhi. - Conducts National / state-level workshops on soft skills, POSH Act 2013, gender, Human Rights.

I am presently working as an in-house lawyer. I have drafted company's internal policy against sexual harassment and am responsible to make sure that the policy has been strictly adhered to by the employees.

I have a diverse work experience of approximately 30 years. Presently I am working as External Member of ICC (POSH Act) at IMT CDL, Ghaziabad. I wish to contribute towards the cause of Social justice as enshrined in our Constitution and to promote constructive feminism in the society.
