She is a PoSH certified trainer and has been instrumental in implementing PoSH across industries. She is an external panel member of ICC for various companies. She has conducted more than 1800 workshops on Gender sensitization and PoSH awareness and had counselled several clients.

I am a dual licensed advocate (India and USA) with an experience of over 9 years. I specializing in cases pertaining to sexual harassment and gender discrimination. I serve as an External Member for several MNCs in India.

My expertise extends to implementing Workplace Wellness programs, and I actively contribute as a member of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Internal Committee, where I also serve as an awareness trainer.
