Advocate, Arbitrator, Conciliator (approved/ Empanelled by Min. of Corporate Affairs). Into active practice since 2001. Advising in all types of case- Corporate, Taxation, Civil, Criminal, Divorce & Mediation, Legal Compliance, Patents & Trademarks, Appeals in High Courts & Supreme Court of India.

I am a practicing Chartered Accountant and a POSH Consultant. I have done certificate course on POSH conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Trained more than 5,000 employees till date.

I am an advocate with an experience of around 8 years,specializing in cases pertaining to sexual harassment and gender discrimination. I serve as an External Member for several MNCs since the last 8 years.
