I have been Presiding Officer for NABH accredited hospital from 2016 to 2019. I have conducted trainings for various Corporates and am External member with 6 Corporates from 2022.

EXPERIENCE AS A HUMAN RIGHTS LAWYER : - Worked at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Consumer Redressal Commission, District Consumer Redressal Forum, and the lower courts in Delhi. - Conducts National / state-level workshops on soft skills, POSH Act 2013, gender, Human Rights.

PoSH trainer (Prevention of Sexual Harassment)– Registered in “Ministry of Women and Child Development” and External PoSH committee member, POCSO Trainer, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and Advanced Diploma in NLP, Certified in Teaching, Training and Professional Development,

I am an advocate. I am member of Internal Committee/s under the POSH Act for various organizations and frequently advise them on POSH related matters and compliances. I also conduct POSH Act sessions and assist organizations with disciplinary and misconduct matters and processes.

Vast experience in Training and offering services as HR Consultant to various organizations. With more than 22years of experience topping up education with various certifications along with POSH certification, to help build better workplace environment.
