I qualified Company Secretary having more than 5 years' experience in legal and compliance field. My Education is M.Com, MBA (Finance and HR). My total work experience is more than 10 years. I had experience of NBFC, Manufacturing and Teaching profile. Doing social work With NGOs is my hobby.

I am a seasoned advocate with 5 years of expertise in sexual harassment and gender discrimination cases. Serving as an External Member for multiple MNCs for the past 3 years, I bring extensive legal insight to promote fair and inclusive workplaces.

A highly qualified individual with great people skills. I'm a certified trainer for POSH at Work and have been undertaking POSH awareness training sessions for several organizations in Gujarat. I am also on the board of the Internal Committee (IC) for POSH of several organizations in Gujarat.
